Welcome to Pre-Meeting Prep, a service provided by Bridge Intelligence ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Pre-Meeting Prep is an automated meeting preparation service that:

• Connects to your calendar to identify upcoming meetings
• Researches external meeting attendees using publicly available information
• Searches your email for prior correspondence with attendees
• Delivers preparation summaries to your inbox before meetings

Account and Access

• You must authenticate with a valid Google or Microsoft account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You grant us permission to access your calendar and email data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You may disconnect your accounts or delete your account at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to harass or harm others

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Bridge Intelligence. Research summaries generated for you are provided for your personal use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of research information. Meeting prep summaries are based on publicly available information and should be verified independently.

Limitation of Liability

Bridge Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
