• Account Information: Your name and email address from your Google or Microsoft account when you sign in.
• Calendar Data: We read your calendar events to identify upcoming meetings and attendees. We only access meeting titles, times, and attendee information.
• Email Data: We read your emails to find prior correspondence with meeting attendees. This helps us provide context for your meetings. We only search for and read emails related to identified meeting attendees.
• OAuth Tokens: We securely store encrypted access tokens to maintain your connection to Google and Microsoft services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Identify your upcoming meetings and external attendees
• Research meeting attendees using publicly available information
• Find relevant prior email correspondence with attendees
• Generate and deliver meeting preparation summaries to your inbox

Data Storage and Security

• All OAuth tokens are encrypted using industry-standard encryption (Fernet/AES-128)
• Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access
• We use HTTPS for all data transmission
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties

Data Retention

We retain your account information and OAuth tokens while your account is active. Research outputs (meeting prep summaries) are stored to provide you with a history of past research. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with:

• Google: For authentication, calendar access, and email access (Gmail)
• Microsoft: For authentication, calendar access, and email access (Outlook)

Your use of these services is also governed by their respective privacy policies.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Disconnect your Google or Microsoft accounts at any time
• Revoke our access through Google or Microsoft account settings
